Why Choose Tidal?
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, done differently.
Many traditional physical therapy clinics will give you 15 to 30 minutes shared with two-three other patients and a handout of kegels. We give you a full hour, one-on-one with a doctor of physical therapy, looking at your body and movement as a whole system.

FAQ
What happens during a pelvic floor physical therapy evaluation?
Your first pelvic floor physical therapy visit will include a comprehensive conversation about your symptoms, other relevant medical history, and goals, a movement assessment, and (if needed & with consent) a pelvic floor muscle exam. We always move at your pace and tailor care to your comfort and goals.
Is pelvic floor physical therapy only for pregnant and postpartum women?
Nope! We work with any woman experiencing pelvic floor symptoms at any stage of life.
How many pelvic floor PT sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies based on your symptoms, goals, and activity level. We'll figure out what that looks like on your first visit once we evaluate you and figure out your goals!
