Do I need a referral from my doctor? No! Massachusetts is a direct access state, meaning that you can seek care from a physical therapist directly without seeing a doctor first.
Do you take my insurance? Tidal is out of network with insurance companies which means that we collect payment directly from our patients. However, we are able to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You can also use your HSA or FSA. This model allows us to deliver high-quality, 1 on 1 personalized care and help you feel better faster.
Can I bring my child? Yes! We never want lack of childcare be the reason you’re unable to access care. We also offer virtual visits if you have a sick kiddo or can't bring them.
Do you have parking? Yes! There is free parking in front of the building.
What happens on the first visit? On your first visit we’ll spend time talking through your history and diving into your symptoms. Then we’ll complete a thorough movement evaluation. You’ll leave with education and an understanding of your personalized plan of care.
