Women's health and performance specialist
My "Why"

Even before I knew I wanted to be a physical therapist, I knew I wanted to help women. I have recognized the gap in women's health, both in the research and in clinical care, for many years. The more I learned about the myriad of women's health issues that physical therapy could impact, the more I wanted to educate women and help them work past these "common" but certainly not "normal" symptoms. I believe strongly that women should feel empowered in their bodies so they can move how they, want, when they want.
I started Tidal Physical Therapy & Wellness so that I can be in your corner and treat you holistically, at the highest level, without any of the distractions that our current healthcare system creates. My approach to treatment is functional, movement based, and individualized to focused on your goals.
My "How"

I graduated from Elon University in 2016 with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2020.
I am a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and have completed extensive training in pelvic health through Herman & Wallace and other leaders in the field. I also completed a year long residency at the Institute of Manual Therapy lead by the renowned Martin Langaas.
When I'm not treating women, you can find me running, reading, drinking natural wine, or watching Love Island UK. I live in Milton MA with my husband and our cat, Millie.
